When Will My Order Arrive?

Your cart shows the latest delivery date possible. We usually ship on the same day you order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-4 days.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

What is the minimum I can order?

There are no minimum order requirements, whether you need 1 or 10,000 units.

How do transfers hold up in the wash?

We've rigorously tested our transfers on different clothes.

What file format should my artwork be?

Raster art should be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types: .AI, .PDF

Accepted files types: .JPG, .PNG
